3. Is Zero Mile Farm a Hydroponic Farm?
Hydroponics is the technique of growing plants without soil.  

Today, the majority of commercial "hydroponic" farming technology is based on feeding a two part inorganic powder, (from the petrochemical industry), mixed with water which is fed to the roots of plants without soil.

Zero Mile Farms employ a technology that replaces the inorganic chemical plant feed with organic fertilisers and macronutrients which are fed to the plants without soil, achieving an organic hydroponic solution.

4. Is there a minimum order? 
0.5 kilo is the minimum order.

5. Can I come and visit the farm? 
Visits are by appointment only as ZMF is a bio-secure facility and a busy, working farm. Please send a request via our contact us page.
