Due to the perishable nature of organic farm produce, should a product purchased be defective or not to the Buyer’s satisfaction, the Buyer can return the product in its original condition within one day of receipt, to the following address: 82/2 Moo 3, Tambon Maret, Koh Samui, Surat Thani, 84130. In such event, Zero Mile Farm Co., Ltd shall provide the Buyer a credit for other purchases from the Site (less shipping and handling charges incurred). This Refund Policy contains the Buyer's sole and exclusive right to refund.
